        The problem

90% of the time we live in an artificial environment, so it comes as no surprise that we expect a lot from it. Indoor climate affects our performance, our sleep at night, our overall well-being, and it is consequently essential to get the best indoor climate for us, our employees, and our families.

        The solution

        1) Extensively monitoring buildings through the companys’ platform, finding faults, and correcting them

        2) Asking occupants about their own perception of the indoor environment through a mobile app

        3) Controlling the engineering system of buildings accordingly to the feedback of the occupants through a 3D AI, optimizing through data driven digital twins both the indoor climate and the energy usage (e.g. maximizing the renewables intake).

        Pricing and business model

The company has three types of customers: Municipalities, buildings’ owners and managers, entities doing research (e.g. universities and organizations) interested in monitoring and in the users’ feedback.

        Diversified sales strategy:

        • - For SMEs, the company sells a small plug and play package developed together with a Danish HW retailer

        • - For Municipalities, the company has an entry fee and a yearly fee, based on the number of monitored and controlled rooms: the higher the number, the lower the average price per room.
