Introduction to SPRINGBOARD®

The startup has launched a solution that enables coaches, trainers, influencers, and educators to launch their own branded membership and learning app (iOS, Android, Web) within days. The platform unifies video, audio, chat, events, and subscriptions in one system and is offered as a 15% revenue-share model with a buyout option (300K–500K DKK). One client reached 100K DKK MRR in just three months. The goal is to reach 5+ active apps and 5,000 users within 12 months (≈150K MRR).

              The Solution

The solution provides white-label membership and community apps (iOS, Android, and Web) for creators and businesses. The current model is low risk, with no upfront cost and a 15% revenue-share, combined with a non-exclusive buyout option between 300K–500K+ DKK depending on features. Clients can add functionality at 1,100 DKK/hour, with 50% of billed hours credited on buyout. A web app funnel saves around 8–10% in client revenue costs by using Stripe (2% fee) instead of Apple/Google (15%), which justifies the platform’s revenue-share fee. Deployment takes only a few days via self-service setup, while App Store publication is offered for 9,800 DKK (one-time). The system includes churn prevention tools, a unified payment gateway, and an intuitive dashboard, requiring minimal technical skills.

              Customer Segments / verticals

The platform is expected to serve creators, coaches, trainers, and influencers with educational or community-based content, as well as small businesses and agencies managing communities. It also supports brand managers partnering with creators under shared 50/50 ownership models.

              Channels

The primary acquisition channels are expected to include direct outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email), content marketing (case studies, demos, and comparisons), and collaboration with influencer agencies and events. Additional opportunities include in-app branding and assessing the balance between acquiring fewer large clients or many smaller ones.

              Roadmap

              1. In Q4 2025, the company expects 15K DKK/month from its existing client and will onboard one new customer while finalizing the PaaS onboarding for public launch.

              2. In Q1 2026, NordBuilder plans to onboard an additional two live clients and an MRR of 20–25K DKK.

              3. By Q2 2026, it aims for 30–45K DKK/month and automation of app onboarding (via Instagram/ChatGPT integration). A client buyout of approximately 470K DKK is expected in April 2026.

              4. By Q3 2026, the company will expand its features, transition from a sole proprietorship to ApS, and reach 40–60K DKK/month.

              5. By Q4 2026, the target is 5+ clients generating 60–80K DKK/month and a 4x year-on-year growth rate thereafter.
